We’re nestled in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains in Virginia. Meet Teanna, an interior designer and decorator who is making design fun while aiming to simplify the decision-making process. Teanna has been featured on home segments and recently published in a worldwide Lookbook for her kitchen remodel. Our crafters are locally operated, keeping your money in the community. We’re a small business offering more one-on-one time with you. We never create the same design twice, allowing your design to be truly one of a kind and unique to you. A Note from the Owner, Teanna-
Years ago, when my husband asked me, “What is your talent?” I went into a bit of a '“shock mode,” so to speak! I remember thinking to myself, “I don't really have a talent… I can clean windows with no streaks, yeah, I can say that him.” What a moment of truth that was. It honesty bothered me more than it probably should have.
I began slowly applying what I felt God was guiding me toward—that I was good at creating beautiful spaces. I can often see a vision for a room the moment I walk in, and I love combining colors and textures to make it warm and cozy.
My mom and I started refurbishing items after long weeks of thrifting, setting up at our local Botetourt Farmers Market each summer. We spent countless hours transforming vases, shelves, benches—you name it. Some weekends we didn’t make a dollar, and I quickly became discouraged. My mom still has a booth actually.
Talking with local folks at our booth, I realized people didn’t need more things—they needed help with what they already have. That idea has stayed with me and shaped my business: bringing structure, calm, gratitude, and truly unique designs into people’s homes using what they already own. I’m so grateful for my story.
We want to be different. We want to highlight what makes you unique. By stepping away from the traditional “designer mentality” and using the gifts God has given us, we make the design process fun, seamless, and personal.

Can you help me redo a room with the things I already have?
Yes, it's our niche. It saves time, money, and we recommend it.
Can you provide resources of where to find home decor that fits my style?
Yes, we have many resources locally and online ready to fit your unique style. Our retail accounts are with Pro Source Wholesale, Morris Tile, Ferguson Kitechen and Bath, and many others. Our retail vendors are Pottery Barn, Williams Sonoma, West Elm, and Wayfair Professionals. We now have over 150 online vendors to choose if you're wanting more unique and custom styles to choose from. We also offer free shipping to be brought straight to your door. However, white glove delivery, and other shipping offers will likely charge a fee. We have skilled craftsman from our local area such as contractors, painters, electricians, and more if you are in need of one. Interior Design By Teanna will not be contracted under any sub-contractors or General Contractors.
Do you provide virtual services?
Yes, this is a unique offer that guides you virtually with me as your designer while never leaving the comfort of your home. We connect via Zoom or Facetime to help you choose a proper color scheme, furniture placement, rug, lighting selections, and more. See more about our Virtual Services.
What type of installers are you able to provide?
We offer to you names of contractors, floor experts, electricians, painters, tile specialists, upholsters, and professional wallpaper installers if needed as part of our design.
How far do you travel for in-home services?
We travel up to a 30 mile radius within Roanoke, Va. If the client lives outside the 30 mile radius then extra traveling charges will apply. We do offer Virtual One-On-One Consulting for those that are out of the surrounding area.
